These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signal Bench (the "Service"), available at aitrading.indigogames.pk. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Signal Bench is an analytical and educational tool. It applies technical indicators to public market data and presents signals, trade levels, heatmaps and statistics. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a broker, exchange, or portfolio manager. We never execute trades or hold your funds.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use such a service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading crypto derivatives in your country.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to bypass access limits, or violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT/USDC) to the wallet address shown at checkout. Access is granted once the on-chain payment is confirmed. New accounts may receive a free trial; after the trial, continued premium access requires payment. Cancelling stops future billing — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are handled.
Trading cryptocurrency carries substantial risk. No signal, score, or backtest can guarantee profit, and past or simulated performance never guarantees future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Please read our Risk Disclosure.
You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data; reverse-engineer or disrupt it; create multiple accounts to evade limits; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by Signal Bench and its operators. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Bench and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may discontinue features or terminate access where reasonably necessary.
