Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to try Signal Bench with confidence. This policy explains free trials, cancellations and how refunds are handled for crypto payments.

Free trial first

New accounts can access premium features on a free trial before paying. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during the trial so you know what you are subscribing to.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pro-rated refunds

If you request a refund during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion of that period on a pro-rata basis, calculated from the date we receive your request to the end of the current billing cycle. The already-used portion is non-refundable.

• Refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency you used, sent to a wallet address you provide.
• You are responsible for giving a correct wallet address; on-chain transfers cannot be reversed.
• Network (gas) fees for sending the refund may be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Because crypto prices fluctuate, refunds are calculated on the fiat-equivalent value of your plan, not the coin quantity you originally sent.

How to request a refund

Email support@indigogames.pk from your account email with your plan and the transaction hash of your payment. We aim to process valid requests within 7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback attempts, or a breach of our Terms of Service.
