This Privacy Policy explains what data Signal Bench collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Anti-abuse data: a browser device fingerprint and IP address, used to prevent trial abuse and duplicate free accounts.
• Billing data: the wallet address and transaction hash of crypto payments, plus your plan and status. We do not collect card numbers or bank details.
• Preferences: settings such as selected coins, timeframes, price alerts and (if you connect it) your Telegram chat ID for notifications.
• Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

• To provide the Service — authentication, signals, alerts and your track record.
• To process subscriptions and confirm on-chain payments.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of trials and access limits.
• To send service-related messages you request (e.g. Telegram alerts).

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not have custody of your funds and never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, or exchange passwords.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (access/refresh tokens) and to remember your preferences. These are essential to the Service; we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Third-party services

We rely on providers to run the Service, including hosting and database infrastructure, market data from public exchange APIs, and (optionally) Telegram for notifications. These providers process data only to deliver their function.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
