Trading Chainlink with a plan

Chainlink is an oracle network that brings outside data such as prices onto blockchains.

It is a large-cap altcoin: liquid enough that a pullback entry usually fills where it was planned, but it moves more than Bitcoin, so the same stop measured in ATR is a wider stop in price. Position size comes from that stop distance, so a wider stop means a smaller position for the same risk.

LINK on the public record

Under the current strategy, 2 LINK signals have settled: 0 wins, 1 loss and 1 closed flat, for a net -1.37% at 1x after fees and a slippage allowance. That is too few to judge Chainlink on its own; read it beside the record for every coin.

Results are signal returns at 1x leverage, settled against candles, not verified exchange fills. The full record covers every coin.

How a LINK signal is built

  • A trend-continuation setup on the 1-hour chart, taken only when the trend is strong and the 4-hour trend agrees
  • An entry a pullback away from the signal price, so the plan does not chase the candle that triggered it
  • A stop about one ATR from entry and a target just past one times that risk, with a time limit on the hold
  • A setup score, which counts agreeing conditions; it is not a win probability
  • A public result, posted when the plan settles, whether it won or lost

The details are on the methodology page; the live read is on the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Are LINK signals free?

There is a free tier and a 3-day trial with real-time LINK alerts on Telegram. Paid plans start at $7 a month.

Which timeframes are LINK signals published on?

Signals that enter the public record and the bot are published on the 1-hour chart, long and short, and on the 4-hour chart for shorts only; 4-hour longs lost money in testing and are not published. The dashboard still shows 15m to 1d for reading the market.

How do I know if LINK signals work?

Every LINK signal is posted publicly before its outcome and settled against real candles, wins and losses alike. The Chainlink record is on this page, and the full record for every coin is on the track record page.

Can you guarantee Chainlink price predictions?

No. A signal is a plan with an entry, a stop and a target, not a prediction. The setup score measures how many conditions agree, not the chance of winning. Analysis only, not financial advice.
